HMS fuels EMS’s growth in pipeline operations and maintenance services
HOUSTON (March 8, 2004) – EMS Pipeline Services, a business unit of Energy Maintenance Services Group l, LLC (EMS Group), has acquired Hanover Measurement Services Company, L.P. (HMS).
Houston-based HMS is a leading provider of pipeline measurement services and technologies to the upstream, midstream, and downstream segments of the energy industry. HMS has a full range of measurement services and owns the industry’s leading gas measurement software – PGAS – that is used by more than 25 major energy companies.
